Amit Gugnani Joins ByzGrow Capital as Senior Advisor

ByzGrow Capital has appointed Amit Gugnani as Senior Advisor, announced Group CEO Aaryan Patel in a LinkedIn post.

Gugnani brings decades of experience in capital raising, business development, financial structuring and commercial strategy. He currently serves as Vice President at House of Anita Dongre Limited. Previously, he held executive positions at Aqualite India and Adidas.

His experience spans business transformation, go-to-market strategy, omnichannel expansion and P&L management.

At ByzGrow Capital, Gugnani will support the company's capital advisory, capital raising and growth consulting businesses.
