  • Tehelka magazine has appointed Arvind Kumar Chaturvedi as its new Editor, a position he announced via social media.
  • Chaturvedi, who has over 20 years of experience in print and television media, began his role on June 17 and will be based in Delhi.

Tehelka magazine has appointed senior journalist Arvind Kumar Chaturvedi as Editor. Arvind Kumar Chaturvedi himself shared this information on social media.

In his Facebook post, Arvind Kumar Chaturvedi wrote, "Hello friends, I didn't even realize when more than twenty years passed while working in television. Today, when I look back, it seems like it was yesterday. My elders have always taught me to accept challenges in life. In this sequence, I have been given a new responsibility... I have been given the opportunity to work as an editor in "Tehelka," a magazine with a special reputation in the country and the world. I hope and believe that I will receive your love and support as before."

Talking to Samachar4Media, Arvind Kumar Chaturvedi said that he has joined here on June 17 and he will handle his work from Delhi.

Arvind Kumar Chaturvedi has over 20 years of experience working in print and TV media. He previously served as Managing Editor of the Hindi news channel "India Daily Live." Prior to that, he served as Channel Head (UP/UK) and Deputy Managing Editor (India News) at the Hindi news channel "India News." He was based in Lucknow. He had been associated with "India News" since 2014. Prior to that, he served as Resident Editor (UP/UK) at the channel.  

Arvind Kumar Chaturvedi, a resident of Mirzapur in Uttar Pradesh, holds a postgraduate degree in Sociology from Banaras Hindu University. He has written three books on Prime Minister Narendra Modi (The Real Modi, Modi's Banaras, Maa Hira Behen, and Narendra).
