BajajCapital Insurance Broking Ltd has appointed Anuj Saraf as Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing.

In his new role, Saraf will oversee the company’s brand strategy, digital marketing efforts, and digital transformation initiatives. His focus will be on strengthening the company’s position as a trusted insurance partner for customers and businesses across India.

Saraf brings more than 10 years of experience in brand building and strategic marketing across insurance and consumer-focused sectors. Before joining BajajCapital Insurance, he was associated with ITW Universe. Earlier, he worked as Deputy General Manager – Marketing at ACKO.

Commenting on the appointment, Venkatesh Naidu, CEO of BajajCapital Insurance Broking Ltd, said the insurance sector today faces challenges related to trust and customer understanding rather than access. He added that Saraf’s experience across insurance and consumer businesses will help the company create clearer and more effective communication for customers.
