  • Ben Rolleston has been promoted to Head of Prime for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region at Amazon.
  • In his new role, he will oversee Amazon Prime services including Prime Shopping, Prime Video, and Prime Music, focusing on commercial and subscriber growth.

Amazon has elevated Ben Rolleston to the position of Head of Prime – APAC. Rolleston announced his new role through a LinkedIn post, where he outlined his expanded responsibilities across the Asia-Pacific region.

In this new role, Ben will lead Amazon Prime business across APAC including Prime Shopping, Prime Video, Prime Music amongst other benefits. He will be responsible for commercial and subscriber growth, strategic planning, customer marketing, product development and lifecycle engagement.

Sharing the update on LinkedIn, Rolleston wrote, "I'm excited to announce that I have started a new role at Amazon as Head of Prime APAC, responsible for leading commercial and subscriber growth, strategic planning, customer marketing, product development and lifecycle engagement across the region (Prime Shopping, Prime Video, and Prime Music amongst other benefits). Thanks to Arno Lenior for the opportunity."

He joined Amazon in September 2025. Prior to his promotion, he held the role of Head of APAC Enterprise Business Development.
