Claudia Crosby has joined Ralph Lauren as Head of Marketing, PR & Communications for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
In her new role, Crosby will lead the brand's marketing, public relations, and communications strategy across the Australia and New Zealand markets, working closely with regional and global teams to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement.
A seasoned marketing and communications professional, Crosby brings extensive experience in brand building, strategic communications, integrated marketing, and stakeholder engagement. Throughout her career, she has worked with some of the world's leading luxury, beauty, and lifestyle brands, developing and executing campaigns that enhance brand equity and consumer connection.
Prior to joining Ralph Lauren, Crosby held leadership positions at The Estée Lauder Companies and L'Oréal Group, where she played a key role in shaping brand and communications strategies across multiple markets and portfolios.
