Natalie Lau has been appointed as Head of Planning at BBC Creative. The company shared the news of her role through a LinkedIn post.
“Wait... you mean I get to watch TV for a living?! I'm so thankful to Uncommon Creative Studio for the past two years. They took a chance on me out of mat leave, gave me the opportunity to collaborate with the best and brightest, and taught me what it takes to make cultural reference points. It will always have a little piece of my heart”, Natalie said in her LinkedIn post.
She will work closely with incoming Executive Creative Director Richard Biggs.
“There are very few places that I would even consider leaving Uncommon for, but BBC Creative shares the creative ambition and craft in everything they do. And, when given the chance to lead a team with Richard Biggs, you say yes”, she added.
“Grateful to Justin Bairamian and James Wood for trusting me with the role, and Alice von Oswald-Owen for her incredible guidance throughout the process”, she said.
Prior to this, Natalie Lau was with Uncommon Creative Studio as Head of Strategy.
