S4Capital’s Monks has appointed Rajat Mendhi as Head of Planning for its India business.

In this position, Mendhi will be responsible for leading the planning team and shaping cultural insights for the agency. He will collaborate with Managing Director Ketan Desai, Chief Creative Officer Sandipan Bhattacharyya, and Head of Media Niranjan Singh to strengthen the agency’s overall strategy.
