JioBlackRock Investment Advisers has appointed Anvi Dadhich to lead its marketing function, as the company looks to make investment advisory more accessible to a wider audience in India.
Dadhich announced the development on LinkedIn, expressing excitement about the opportunity to make investment advisory more mainstream, catering to both first-time investors and individuals seeking to manage more complex wealth portfolios.
She joins JioBlackRock from PowerUp Money, where she most recently served as Associate Marketing Director from January to August 2026. At PowerUp Money, she led the content and marketing charter, having earlier managed product marketing and brand marketing.
Before PowerUp Money, Dadhich worked as an independent brand marketing consultant from December 2022 to September 2023. During this period, she worked with entrepreneur Raj Shamani on building his personal brand at Figuring Out, managing the team and developing brand partnerships. She also advised early-stage startups on brand positioning, social media and content strategy.
Dadhich previously spent over a year at Uni Cards, where she held roles including Brand & Marketing Manager and Assistant Manager – Brand & Marketing. Her work included brand campaigns, community building, influencer marketing, performance marketing and customer success.
She began her career at WeWork India in May 2019 as Associate Marketing Strategist and later became Senior Associate – Digital Marketing & Strategy, working across marketing strategy, partnerships, influencer marketing and the WeWork On-Demand day-pass offering.
