Vineeth Nair, the current Chief Executive Officer of Ajio, will move into a broader role within overseeing its fashion and lifestyle business, according to media reports. Nair has been associated with Ajio for nearly a decade.
Reports suggest that Reliance Retail has appointed Sandeep Karwa as CEO for Ajio, Shein and its wider online fashion and lifestyle portfolio.
A retail industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, Nair joined in 2013 as Chief Merchandising Officer at Reliance Trends. He was later appointed as the founding CEO of Ajio, where he has led the business since inception.
Before joining Reliance, he held senior leadership roles at Artsana India Ltd, Raymond Limited, Hindustan Unilever Ltd among others.
