Reliance Retail has appointed Sandeep Karwa as Chief Executive Officer for Ajio, Shein and its broader online fashion and lifestyle portfolio, according to media reports.
Karwa joins after his most recent role at Coupang, where he served as Country Head for Taiwan operations. Prior to that, he spent over 12 years at in a range of leadership positions at Flipkart, including Vice President for Flipkart Ads.
Vineeth Nair, the current CEO of Ajio, will move to a broader role overseeing Reliance Retail’s fashion and lifestyle business. Nair has been associated with Ajio for nearly a decade.
