Stage is set for the first ever e4m & n2m OOH 2011 Conference and Awards for Outdoor Advertising & Digital Signage in Delhi on February 25, 2011. The Awards seek to raise the profile and standard of outdoor advertising in India and to reward strategic thinking, innovation, creativity and effectiveness. In this year, it will reward excellence in outdoor media for the work done between January 2010 and December 2010 and honour the outstanding contribution made by individuals and organisations to the outdoor advertising industry.
The entire event is being sponsored by US Advertising, while, Advert Group is the Associate sponsor. Print partner for the event is Business Standard, while Stylekandy is the style partner.
The conference will commence from 3:30 pm onwards at The Imperial, New Delhi. The main attraction of the conference is the international speakers. Steve Ridley, Global CEO, Kinetic Worldwide, will make his keynote address on ‘Global Outlook for Outdoor Media 2011’. Sunder Hemrajani, MD, Times OOH, will chair the dais.
The keynote address will be followed by a panel discussion on ‘Challenges of Planning & Buying Outdoor Media in India’. The session will be moderated by Noomi Mehta, MD, Selvel Advertising. The panelists include Amit Tiwari, Country Head - Media, Philips India; Nabendu Bhattacharyya, MD, Milestone Brandcom; Haresh Nayak, MD, Posterscope India; Rajul Kulshreshtha, MD, Kinetic India; Hemanth Shah, President, OOH Media Initiatives, Lintas Media Group; and Pawan Bansal, CEO, Jagran Engage.
The second keynote of the conference will be delivered by Tom Green, President, Life Pattern Digital. He will be speaking on ‘Making Digital Signage Work for Your Brand’. The chairperson for this session is Ishan Raina, CEO, OOH Media.
The final panel discussion is themed ‘Innovation & Technology: The Future of OOH’. The moderator of the session is Ashish Bhasin, Chairman-India & CEO South East Asia, Aegis Media. The other speakers of this panel include Madhuri Sapru, WIC, Encyclomedia; Pramod Bhandula, MD, JCDecaux India; Indrajit Sen, CEO, Laqshya Outdoor; Rajan Mehta, CEO, LiveMedia; and Suresh Narsimha, CEO, TeliBrahma.
The glittering evening will also see the presentation of OOH 2011 Awards for various categories, including Innovation in OOH, Use of New media in an OOH Environment, Strategic Planning and Effectiveness in OOH Media, Creative Awards, Excellence Awards and Synergy.
