Zee Music hunts for an ‘Item Bomb’ for Musafir
Zee Music, in partnership with White Feather Films, the production house of Sanjay Dutt and Sanjay Gupta, has announced a nationwide talent-hunt, ‘Item Bomb’. The winner would star opposite Dutt for an item number in his forthcoming film ‘Musafir’.

Zee Music, in partnership with White Feather Films, the production house of Sanjay Dutt and Sanjay Gupta, on Tuesday announced the launch of a nationwide talent hunt, named ‘Item Bomb’. The winner of the hunt will star opposite Sanjay Dutt for an item number in the Hindi film ‘Musafir’ that will hit theatres in October.
Yogesh Radhakrishnan, Business Head, Zee Music, said the talent hunt would be held in Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata and Bangalore and at two international destinations, London and Dubai. “The contestants will get an opportunity to perform in one of the songs from the compilation at the auditions,” he added.
Zee Music and T-Series will also launch an audio CD, named ‘Item Bomb Blast’ which will comprise 16 item-number songs from films like ‘Khakee’, ‘Chameli’, ‘Kaante’, ‘Pyar Tune Kya Kiya’ and ‘Company’.
