Week 7 ratings: Colors crosses 500-mn mark; Star Plus loses viewership

According to data sourced from TAM subscribers for Week 7 (February 11-17) of 2014 for CS 4+, HSM markets, Colors pushed back Zee TV to return to the No. 2 position, crossing 500 million viewers. On the other hand, Star Plus saw a dip in its viewership. Life OK too lost viewership, while Sony Entertainment TV and Sab TV recorded gains.
Star Plus continued in the No. 1 position with 708 million TVTs, which was lower than the 728 million TVTs recorded in Week 6.
Colors climbed back to the second position, crossing the 500-million viewership mark. The channel registered 504 million TVTs in Week 7. Last week the channel had touched 424 million TVTs.
Zee TV slid back to the No. 3 spot and lost viewership as opposed to the previous week. The channel recorded 457 million TVTs in Week 7, as compared to 495 million TVTs last week.
Life OK, too, lost viewership and was placed fourth, garnering 328 million TVTs, down from 344 million TVTs in Week 6.
Sab TV was at No. 5 with 297 million TVTs in Week 7, which was marginally higher than 292 million TVTs in Week 6.
