Sony puts mktg muscle behind ‘Kyaa Hua Tera Vaada’
Sony has adopted a 360-degree marketing strategy for ‘Kyaa Hua Tera Vaada’, which would be promoted on TV, print, radio, outdoor & digital mediums
Sony Entertainment Television is looking to further strengthen its fiction line-up with new show ‘Kyaa Hua Tera Vaada’, which goes on air from January 30 at 10 pm. After the success of ‘Bade Ache Lagte Hain’, Sony TV and Balaji Telefilms have joined forces once again for this show.
Sneha Rajani, Senior EVP & Business Head, Sony Entertainment Television, said, “We are majorly going to focus on fiction and will also do good 2-3 non-fiction shows.”
She further said that Sony had a 360-degree marketing strategy for ‘Kyaa Hua Tera Vaada’, which would be promoted on TV, print, radio, outdoor and digital mediums.
Claiming that the story was different, Rajani added, “We are hoping that it will strengthen and consolidate our No. 2 position among the GECs.”
‘Kyaa Hua Tera Vaada’ is about a married couple with three growing children. It traces the rise and fall in love and togetherness that happens with typical Indian married couples. Pawan Shankar and Mona Singh are the lead actors of the show.
