Burger King puts a quirky spin on $120,000 'banana with duct tape' exhibit
The idea conceptualised by advertising agency Buzzman, adds a humorous twist to artist Maurizio Cattelan's exhibit of a banana duct-taped to a wall

Last week, artist Maurizio Cattelan unveiled his latest creation - a banana duct-taped to a wall with an asking price of $120,000 at Art Basel in Miami last week. Another artist, David Datuna, then peeled and ate it and then claimed the “performance” for his own portfolio.
Fast food giant, Burger King and advertising agency Buzzman jumped at an innovative moment marketing opportunity by sparking conversations and funny responses on Twitter around their take on the "most expensive fruit" exhibit with its French fry duct-taped to a wall spoof, but with a going price of one euro cent. The ad highlighted how its fries will only leave you one cent poorer.
