Nokia confirmed that Lorna Gibb, who joined the company in 2020 and was appointed Chief People Officer in June 2024, has officially resigned from her role and exited the Group Leadership Team.
Gibb played a critical role in shaping the company’s people strategy, advancing leadership development.
In the interim, Esa Niinimäki, Nokia’s Chief Legal Officer, will oversee the responsibilities until a successor is appointed.
