Wunderman revamps global governance as part of reorganisation

As part of a global reorganisation, Wunderman has revamped its global governance structure to give more opportunities for senior business leaders to share intellectual capital across geographies and disciplines.
The new structure is designed to increase both the scope and momentum of network-wide initiatives.
The Wunderman Executive Board expands and renames the purview of the former Executive Committee. Its purpose is to define the business direction and strategy of the agency with respect to finance, talent, new business, key accounts and technology.
This governing body comprises senior leadership, including the newly named division presidents for Brand Experience, Consumer Engagement, Data & Insights and World Health, as well as the yet-to-be named Global Creative Officer.
Wunderman Chairman and CEO Daniel Morel, who presides over the Wunderman Executive Board, also named two vice chairmen. Other members include:
