White Rivers Media (WRM) has been appointed by SMFG India Credit, a non-banking financial company (NBFC) and subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group (SMFG) to spearhead its digital transformation journey.
Under this mandate, WRM will design and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aimed at strengthening SMFG India Credit’s online presence and enhancing customer engagement across the country, with a strong focus on empowering underserved segments. WRM brings extensive expertise across social media strategy, integrated digital campaigns, and content creation.
