‘The Hindu Best Places to Work Awards’ see multi-sector participation

The awards aim to recognise organisations that demonstrate excellence in employee engagement, wellbeing, and workplace culture

The Hindu, in partnership with WorkL, a global employee experience platform, has received an overwhelming response to the inaugural The Hindu Best Places to Work Awards, with participation from organisations across finance, technology, travel, and other key sectors in India.

The awards aim to recognise organisations that demonstrate excellence in employee engagement, wellbeing, and workplace culture—factors increasingly critical for attracting and retaining talent.

Participating organisations invite their employees to complete a confidential survey based on WorkL’s globally recognised Six Steps to Workplace Happiness framework, which measures engagement across reward and recognition, pride, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing, and job satisfaction.

The awards will honour organisations across four categories: Small, Medium, Big, and Very Big Organisations.

With the entry deadline set for February 28, 2026, organisations are encouraged to participate before registrations close. The results will be announced on April 15, 2026.
