Myntra launches 'My Privilege' offering for online shoppers
The customer loyalty programme is aimed at rewarding Myntra loyalists and first time online shoppers
Myntra.com has launched of its customer loyalty programme – My Privilege, a free membership programme aimed at rewarding Myntra loyalists and first time online shoppers. The three-tier programme (Platinum, Gold and Silver) provides privilege points to all customers who shop on Myntra.com.
To become a member, one needs to go online and register on Myntra.com. Membership is free for all existing customers. Shoppers get six points for every Rs 100 worth of purchase (Silver), nine points for every Rs 100 worth of purchase (Gold) and 12 points for every Rs 100 worth of purchase (Platinum) as per their membership levels.
Commenting on the launch of the loyalty programme, Vikas Ahuja, Chief Marketing Officer, Myntra said, “As the country’s largest online fashion retailer, our aim is to provide a holistic online shopping experience, one that goes beyond the ordinary and brings true delight for our online shoppers. Through such programmes, we are taking our relationship with our customers one step further; creating an ongoing engagement and reward mechanism which builds stronger relationships with them.”
