Maxposure Limited has acquired London-based Neutral Digital, a leading name in immersive and XR (extended reality) aviation solutions. The strategic move strengthens Maxposure’s global presence and technological capabilities in the aviation entertainment sector.

The cross-border acquisition was advised by Shrine Capital, with founder Vikram Jhunjhunwala calling it a reflection of the firm’s continued support for visionary entrepreneurs. In a public statement, he highlighted Maxposure CEO Prakash Johari as a driving force behind the brand’s innovation and growth.

"This deal stands as evidence of our long-term commitment and resolve to support outstanding entrepreneurs and visionaries like Prakash Johari as their trusted advisors," Jhunjhunwala said.

Neutral Digital brings with it a strong portfolio of CGI, immersive content, and XR solutions tailored for the aviation industry. The company’s capabilities are expected to complement Maxposure’s inflight engagement products, opening up new avenues for enhancing passenger experiences through interactive and immersive technologies.

The acquisition represents a win-win for both sides. Maxposure adds technological depth and a UK footprint to its operations, while Neutral Digital’s tools and innovations gain broader access to global aviation markets.

The deal was executed with support from key stakeholders including CA Shashank Rathore, Sakshi Mishra, Uma Shanker, Karan Sharma, Dhrupad Pant, Rishab Chaudhary, Annurag Batra, and Gokul Tandan.

The announcement was made via a LinkedIn post by Shrine Capital. The deal is already being seen as a benchmark in aviation-tech partnerships, especially in the fast-evolving space of inflight digital engagement.
