This session will address the balance between convenience and trust in sectors like BFSI, where personal engagement remains a crucial factor.

The Session "From 'Add to Cart' to 'Add to Life': The Rise of Emotional Commerce," which will explore how influencers are replacing traditional brand loyalty with emotional connections.
