BW Future of Design Summit & Awards 2025

Every year, the Future of Design Summit brings together leaders from the design industry to speak about how they are using design thinking in their practice. This year too, the conversations ranged from design in 2023 to AI & ethics and even design in cinema.

Design is central to the growth of small and large businesses alike. According to industry reports, India’s product design and development services market is expected to have a revenue of US$2,713.9 million by 2030, and the interior design market US$81.2 billion by 2030. Experts at the summit emphasised how responsible design is at the core of their work. And, this is precisely the direction we should be moving towards.

The sixth edition of the BW Businessworld Future of Design Summit & Awards took place on 18 August 2025, at the Taj Sanatacruz in Mumbai. The summit focused on design to help save the planet and build a better tomorrow. The conference highlighted the role of design in changing human behaviour. The full-day conference brought together leaders working towards building a sustainable future and enabling a better quality of life. The day closed with the much-anticipated design awards.
