Ace Blend, a science led nutrition company, has raised $9.91 million in a Series A2 round led by 3one4 Capital. Existing investor Fireside Ventures is doubling down on its investment. The company grew 300% in FY26, and over 46% of its customers return to purchase again.

Shivam Hingorani, Founder and Chief Vision Officer, Ace Blend, said:

"We would be in this industry even if it were not a trending one. It is what we are built for. What Saif and I share, above everything else, is that nutrition is our purpose. The human body is one of the most sophisticated machines on earth, but it evolves over thousands of years. The world around us is accelerating far faster than our biology can keep up. That gap is where so many modern deficiencies and diseases live. Our work is to close it, with powerful nutrients that go beyond what our plates can offer, backed by clinical evidence. It all comes down to bridging that gap and improving health span in ways people can truly feel."

The idea for Ace Blend began at home. Shivam's mother, Anita Raaj, one of India's earliest fitness pioneers, shaped how he came to see fitness from a young age. Over 10 years of research turned that passion into a business, and Ace Blend made its first sales in 2018. In 2022, Saif Mehkri joined as cofounder. With nearly three decades in the nutrition industry, he helped shape the company's next chapter, from building a vertically integrated supply chain to opening doors to global ingredient partners.

Most supplement brands are science backed. They pick an ingredient that is already popular, then point to existing studies to support it. Ace Blend works the other way round. It starts with the clinical evidence and lets that decide the product: the exact form of the nutrient, the dose used in the research, and the delivery that helps the body absorb it. Marketing comes last. That is what the company means by science built.

Much of India's D2C nutrition category runs on a contract manufacturing model. A third party makes the product, often from formulas it supplies to several brands, and the brand's main job is the label and the marketing. Ace Blend chose a harder road. It makes what it sells and controls quality end to end, from sourcing ingredients to formulation and manufacturing. Clinical validation and automated testing are handled independently, by accredited labs in Europe, so its work is checked by someone else. That is how it keeps every batch consistent, and it is what gives it the freedom to create formats a contract manufacturer would rarely take on.

Global ingredient leaders including DSM and TCI have granted Ace Blend exclusive rights in India to technologies they have built. No other brand in the country can offer them, and those partnerships were earned through clinical credibility, not marketing spend. Ace Blend's products are developed by an in house clinical team with global affiliations, and recommended by a rapidly expanding network of over 400 doctors across the country. The clearest proof comes from customers. Over 46% come back to buy again, in a category where people only reorder what they can feel working. The company has grown across heart health, immunity, sleep, recovery and brain health.

Ace Blend's work runs on two tracks. The first is upgrading the nutrients people already know, using more bioavailable forms that are both more efficient and more effective in the body. The second is invention. The company has created entirely new formats of nutrition, built to fit more naturally into everyday life, and holds issued patents on these inventions. The first will reach the market in Q4 FY27. With the new capital, Ace Blend plans to bring these formats to market and keep investing in research led product development.

The round is led by 3one4 Capital, an India focused venture capital firm whose portfolio includes Licious, Darwinbox and Kapiva.

"Ace Blend is tackling the hardest problems in nutrition: innovating new formulations for the Indian context, repeatably delivering quality and consistency, and earning consumer trust, as a unified and vertically integrated platform. In a crowded category where low-moat brands behave like traders and compete only on marketing, Ace is scaling science-led formulations and a trust-first approach with rigorous focus on ingredient quality, sourcing discipline, and manufacturing specialisation. That foundation gives the company control over quality and claims, more depth to innovate, and an efficiency advantage that is difficult to reproduce. We believe this is an opportunity to scale a durable Indian consumer-health innovator, and we're excited to partner with this team to help deliver that potential," said Pranav Pai, Managing Partner, 3one4 Capital.

Fireside Ventures led Ace Blend's US$3.3 million pre Series A round. Its follow on investment reflects its belief in the company's growth and science first approach.

"What stood out to us about Ace Blend was the team's ability to identify unmet needs in Indian nutrition early and address them with high-efficacy, science built products. Their deep R&D capabilities and vertically integrated operations provide a strong foundation for continued innovation. The team's clinical credibility is further reinforced by its exclusive partnerships with leading global ingredient suppliers. But the strongest validation comes from consumers themselves; high repeat rates and positive word of mouth reflect the trust the brand has earned. We're delighted to double down and back Shivam, Saif and the team as they build Ace Blend into a leading Indian nutrition brand," said Ankita Balotia, Principal, Fireside Ventures.

As the category grows, Ace Blend will keep its focus where it began: efficacy, scientific rigour and the trust of the people it serves.
