Not Drowning in the world of headlines and hot takes, The Arc Web is doing something refreshingly rare, slowing down to actually make sense of the chaos. Co-founded by two seasoned journalists, Aditi Shrivastava and Madhav Chanchani, The Arc Web isn’t just another tech news site. It’s a thoughtful, content-led platform that digs deep into how high-growth companies are run, their strategies, leadership, and the stories behind the scenes. Built for founders, CXOs, employees, and anyone making big decisions in the digital economy, The Arc is less about breaking news and more about breaking things down.

At its core, The Arc is built on the idea of mapping the “arc of history”, that quiet yet powerful progression of change that defines how economies shift and industries are shaped. With a name derived from this very notion, The Arc believes that India’s booming tech ecosystem is at a pivotal inflection point. And decoding it, with sharp, fact-packed storytelling, is both a journalistic and strategic necessity.

Aditi Shrivastava, co-founder of The Arc, brings a sharp editorial sensibility honed across marquee brands like The Economic Times, Reuters, and Stellaris. She is especially attuned to how startups function and what drives founders. Aditi is vocal about pushing for greater female representation in the tech media space and hopes to make The Arc a case study in building meaningful, homegrown digital brands. “Tech companies are many things, setters of a new order, consumption drivers, and sources of employment and wealth. But they are often boxed into lazy, one-size-fits-all labels,” she says. The Arc, she asserts, is an attempt to break free from that.

Her co-founder, Madhav Chanchani, is no stranger to the startup media beat. With over 15 years of experience across VCCircle, The Economic Times,
Times of India, and YourStory, Madhav has tracked India’s private equity and venture capital landscape from its early days. He’s interviewed the likes of Sundar Pichai, Reed Hastings, Brian Chesky, and Jack Dorsey, and played a key role in launching editorial franchises like The ET Startup Awards. In 2021, he also founded The CapTable, which quickly scaled to over 100,000 readers in under 18 months. With The Arc, Madhav hopes to rethink how a digital media brand is built, one that serves a large but niche group of professionals in tech-forward industries.

Unlike platforms that chase virality or views, The Arc is designed for clarity, depth, and insight. The team reports on high-stakes developments in business daily, decoding company earnings, strategic shifts, and leadership changes, while relying on trusted voices from within the ecosystem. “Making sense of this world without the right facts and tools is difficult,” the founders say. The Arc’s formats are sharp, free, and built to serve startup founders, CXOs, employees, and investors alike, essentially, anyone making high-stakes decisions in a tech-driven economy.

Its core team includes founding member Harsh Vora and consulting editor Kunal Talgeri, both of whom bring with them deep newsroom experience. Together, the Arc crew aims to raise the bar for Indian business journalism, one detailed dispatch at a time.

In a media ecosystem cluttered with surface-level noise, The Arc is placing a quiet but firm bet, that readers still value substance over scale, and that the future of media might just lie in the power of a well-told story.
