Reliance brings Jio TV+ content curation platform

It allows a single sign-in for 12 global OTT apps

Reliance Industries today announced the launch of Jio TV+, a content curation platform for all Jio set-top box users. The platform provides a single sign-in for 12 global OTT apps--Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar, Voot, Sony LIV, Zee5, Lionsgate Play, JioCinema, Shemaroo, JioSaavn, YouTube, and Eros Now. Also, apart from the traditional search, offers aggregated voice search. It searches for content based on actors, directors, genres, producers, and mood.
Further, the content has been segregated sections like Movies, Shows, Live TV, Kids, and Music.
The announcement was made by Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani at their AGM on Wednesday.
