Actor-turned-entrepreneur Sushant Singh Rajput has collaborated with Niti Ayog’s flagship initiative-- Women Entrepreneurship Platform.

An agreement in this regard was signed recently by Anna Roy, Adviser (Industry), Niti Aayog, and Rajput in the presence of Amitabh Kant, CEO, Niti Aayog.

Talking about his business venture and his association with Niti Aayog, Rajput said, “I along with my partner Varun Mathur started a company called Innsaei. The company works on intellect IPs and exponential technologies. We understand what is missing in our economic structure. We primarily work on awakening the system and studying technology and algorithms. We have aligned with Niti Aayog on that level.”

On the Women Entrepreneurship Platform, Rajput said, “We are empowering women entrepreneurs. It is not just because women can be independent or contribute to the national GDP, but because it is missing from our economic and social structure.”

When asked about his journey from a television star to entrepreneur, Rajput said, “I have always been an entrepreneur because I have always worked on creating and running my start-ups alongside my acting career."

With Rajput now becoming an entrepreneur, he also spoke about how digital technology is changing the landscape of business.

“Digital has become an important factor today in promoting businesses. You can’t stop it, you can’t even delay it because that is what exponential technologies are,” he said.
