The Digital News Publishers Association (DNPA) will host its flagship DNPA Conclave 2026 on February 26 at the Shangri-La Eros, bringing together senior policymakers, media leaders and global technology executives for a closed-door dialogue on the future of digital news.
Anchored around the theme, “The New World Order of News: Rewriting the Playbook for a Resilient Digital Future,” the conclave comes at a pivotal moment for India’s information ecosystem. With artificial intelligence transforming newsrooms, platform-led distribution reshaping audience discovery, and evolving regulatory frameworks redefining accountability, publishers are navigating one of the most consequential transitions in recent years.
DNPA said the forum aims to enable structured engagement between digital news publishers and technology platforms — a conversation increasingly seen as essential to ensuring trust, transparency and sustainable monetisation models. As India enters what industry leaders describe as a defining phase for digital media, the conclave will focus on identifying actionable pathways to strengthen resilience and long-term growth across the sector.
The high-level gathering is expected to deliberate on issues ranging from AI-driven content workflows and misinformation safeguards to regulatory clarity and revenue sustainability, underscoring the need for collaborative solutions in a rapidly evolving media landscape.
