- Revenue from operations grew by 32.4% to ₹436.87 crore, compared to ₹330.06 crore in Q1 FY26, with profit before tax rising 513.1% to ₹40.4 crore.
- The company achieved a positive EBITDA of ₹2.98 crore, reversing an EBITDA loss of ₹12 lakh from the previous year, resulting in an EBITDA margin of 6.82%.
- Total expenses increased by 22.6% to ₹414.05 crore, while standalone revenue rose 33.4% to ₹275.64 crore, with standalone net profit at ₹22.97 crore, compared to a loss of ₹5.53 crore in Q1 FY26.
Amagi Media Labs reported a sharp improvement in profitability in the first quarter of FY27, with consolidated net profit rising 760.4% year-on-year to ₹33.9 crore, compared with ₹3.94 crore in the year-ago quarter.

The company’s EBITDA turned positive at ₹2.98 crore during the quarter, compared with an EBITDA loss of ₹12 lakh in Q1 FY26. EBITDA margin stood at 6.82%.
Amagi provides cloud-based technology for broadcast and streaming companies, helping media businesses manage, distribute and monetise video content across traditional television, streaming platforms and connected TV environments. Its performance comes amid the continued shift of video consumption and advertising towards streaming and digitally distributed channels.
For a video technology company such as Amagi, the growth in revenue and movement into positive EBITDA are key indicators of improving scale and operating leverage. Amagi’s consolidated total expenses rose 22.6% year-on-year to ₹414.05 crore. Employee benefit expenses increased 16.1% to ₹206.35 crore, while finance costs declined 26.1% to ₹1.13 crore.
On a standalone basis, revenue rose 33.4% to ₹275.64 crore from ₹206.53 crore in Q1 FY26. Standalone net profit stood at ₹22.97 crore, compared with a loss of ₹5.53 crore in the year-ago quarter.
