Meesho has reported a rise in operating and total revenue in the third quarter of FY26, but losses widened during the period as expenses grew faster than income.
Operating revenue (revenue from operations) in Q3 FY26 stood at ₹3,517.60 crore, up 31.6% from ₹2,673.84 crore in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, operating revenue rose 31.1% year-on-year to ₹9,095.14 crore, compared with ₹6,939.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Total revenue for the quarter increased to ₹3,596.41 crore in Q3 FY26 from ₹2,843.60 crore in Q3 FY25, marking a 26.5% year-on-year growth. On a nine-month basis, total revenue grew 27.8% to ₹9,452.08 crore, as against ₹7,393.49 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal.
However, total expenses rose at a sharper pace. Expenses in Q3 FY26 climbed 44.2% year-on-year to ₹4,071.30 crore, compared with ₹2,822.78 crore in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, expenses increased 40.0% to ₹10,350.18 crore, from ₹7,391.70 crore a year earlier.
As a result, the company reported a net loss of ₹490.68 crore in Q3 FY26, significantly higher than the ₹37.43 crore loss posted in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the net loss stood at ₹1,191.39 crore, narrower than the ₹2,550.32 crore loss reported in the corresponding period last year.
