Net income stood at $1.69 billion on a GAAP basis and $2.17 billion on a non-GAAP basis. Cash flows from operations also hit a record at $2.19 billion, underscoring Adobe’s ability to generate substantial cash even as it invests heavily in innovation.

The company’s business segments continued to show healthy growth. The Digital Media segment, which includes flagship products like Creative Cloud, generated $4.35 billion in revenue, up 11 percent year-over-year, or 12 percent in constant currency. Adobe’s leadership attributed the strong results to its ongoing strategy of delivering innovation for business professionals, consumers, and creative and marketing professionals. CEO Shantanu Narayen emphasised the impact of Adobe’s artificial intelligence (AI) innovation, which is transforming industries and enabling new levels of creativity for individuals and enterprises. CFO Dan Durn highlighted continued investment in AI across customer groups as a key driver for expanding Adobe’s customer base and enhancing value realisation.

Reflecting its confidence in future growth, Adobe raised its full-year fiscal 2025 revenue target to a range of $23.5 billion to $23.6 billion, up from its previous outlook. These revised targets are based on the company’s strong first-half performance and ongoing momentum in both the Digital Media and Digital Experience segments

Adobe continues to maintain a disciplined approach to investment, with a particular focus on AI-driven products and marketing initiatives.

While the earnings release did not provide India-specific financials, the company’s global strategy, including its operations in India, remains centered on expanding its reach among creative, marketing, and business professionals. Marketing spend and strategies are closely tied to driving adoption of AI-powered solutions and expanding the partner ecosystem, which are expected to benefit all major markets, including India.

Overall, Adobe’s Q2 2025 results and raised outlook underscore the company’s strong execution, continued innovation in AI, and disciplined investment approach, positioning it well for sustained growth in the evolving digital economy.
