Head Digital Works Private Limited (A23) has announced the acquisition of Deltatech Gaming Limited, which operates one of India’s oldest online poker platforms Adda52.
The transaction will be executed in two phases for a total consideration of approximately Rs 491 crores.
HDW will initially acquire 51% of Deltatech Gaming, followed by a merger of DGL into HDW. Upon completion of the merger, DeltaCorp Limited ("DCL") will hold a 5.7% stake in HDW.
