Some lucky Mumbai Indians fans got to travel in an open air double-decker bus, along with Red FM RJs, on March 25 to cheer for their favourite team. The bus journey started from Red FM’s office and culminated at the Brabourne stadium, the venue of the IPL match between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings.

Amar Tidke has joined INX Media as Head of Programming, where he will be responsible for driving the creative and programming functions of Bollywood music channel 9XM. Prior to joining INX Media, Tidke was heading programming for Fever 104 FM in Mumbai.

UTV Movies, the Hindi movie channel from UTV, is set to roll out its first ever brand campaign in May, post the Indian Premier League. The campaign is being conceptualised by TapRoot India. Srinivasan K Swamy, Chairman, RK SWAMY HANSA Group, has been appointed the Chairman of Confederation of Asian Advertising Agency Associations (CAAAA) at its Annual General Meeting held in Mumbai on March 26, 2010. He will serve in this capacity for two years. Swamy takes over from outgoing Chairman Yutaka Narita. Prior to assuming this new role, Swamy was Vice Chairman of CAAAA.
