D2C fashion brand Snitch raises $40 mn in Series B funding round

D2C fashion brand Snitch has announced the successful closure of its Series B funding round, raising $40 million or up to Rs 341 crore in funding.
The round was led by 360 ONE Asset with participation from IvyCap Ventures, SWC Global, Ravi Modi (Manyavar Group), and other strategic investors.
As per media reports, Snitch said it will use the funds to expand its offline retail presence from over 55 to more than 100 stores by the end of 2025, enter the quick commerce segment, and launch new lifestyle categories. The company also plans to pilot its international foray while strengthening backend capabilities and tech infrastructure.
