Alchemist Marketing Solutions (Alchemist), one of India’s premier Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) group and the undisputed market leader in Real Estate communications, today announced the strategic acquisition of the legacy agency brand, Triton.
The move marks a transformative phase for Alchemist. With a 15-year track record, a 200- strong workforce, and a footprint spanning 4 offices with an ability to service country wide — Alchemist is now leveraging this acquisition to aggressively diversify its portfolio. Under the Triton brand, the group will now offer its specialized IMC services to a wider array of sectors, including FMCG, Services, Durables, D2C & other New Age sectors and Corporate brands.
Triton Communications, founded in 1991 by industry stalwarts Ali Merchant and Munawar Syed, was a titan of the independent agency era. For over 30 years, it served as the strategic and creative engine for legendary Indian brands such as Eureka Forbes (Aquaguard), Vicco, ABD (Officers Choice), Adani Wilmar (Fortune), NECC, Gujrat Ambuja, Mother’s Recipe, UB Group, Shaw Wallace (Haywards Franchise), Paras (Moov, D’Cold, SetWet), Wagh Bakri, Yes Bank, Gujarat & Karnataka Tourism and many more.
