MUL Media Head Shaswati Saradar joins Zee as Marketing Head-European ops
The Zee Group has appointed Shaswati Saradar as Vice-President to head its marketing operations in Europe. Saradar moves from Maruti Udyog Ltd where she was Senior Manager, Media. Saradar had a six-and-a-half-year stint at Maruti.

The Zee Group has appointed Shaswati Saradar as Vice-President to head its marketing operations in Europe. Saradar moves from Maruti Udyog Ltd where she was Senior Manager, Media. Saradar had a six-and-a-half-year stint at Maruti.
On her new appointment, Saradar said, “The reason I moved to Zee was it gives me global exposure and new challenges to tackle. Since I was in the media side earlier, it completes the full circle.”
Prior to Maruti, she was with O&M as Media Director for six and a half years. Saradar began her career with McCann Erickson, where she spent two years. She has a total of 15 years’ experience in the industry.
