On the sidelines of the dentsu–e4m Digital Advertising report launch on February 2, an expert panel of industry experts will decode the growth story of Indian media. The panel discussion will bring together industry leaders to examine the forces reshaping the media and advertising ecosystem. The discussion will focus on how India’s media landscape is evolving amid rapid digitisation, changing consumer behaviour, and the growing overlap between platforms, formats, and business models.

Speaking on the topic ‘Reimagining Growth of Indian Media: At the Intersection of Commerce, Content and Culture’, the panellists will explore how this convergence is redefining value creation for brands and media owners alike. The conversation will shine light into the role of content as a growth engine, commerce as a measurable outcome and culture as the connective tissue that drives relevance and trust in an increasingly fragmented attention economy.

The next decade will redefine how value is created, captured and measured across India’s media landscape. As commerce and storytelling merge, subscription modes evolve and brands become entertainment ecosystems, the boundaries between content, platform, and marketplace are rapidly dissolving.

The panellists include Manish Guptaa, Chief Marketing Officer, Pizza Hut; Hemant Arora, VP – Global Ad Business, Truecaller; Kedarswamy Ravangave, Head of Marketing (Consumer and Commercial), Kotak Bank; Somesh Surana, Joint President - Digital Business Group & Marketing, HDFC Ergo General Insurance; Punit Dharamsi, Senior Vice President - Marketing and Investor Education, AMFI and Ajay Dang, President - Head of Marketing, Ultratech ABG. The session will be moderated by Navin Dhananjaya, Global CXM lead, Dentsu Global Services.

dentsu - e4m Digital Advertising Report 2026 to be unveiled on February 2.

The panel will discuss how India’s next wave of media growth is likely to emerge from integrated, trust-led and hybrid media models that seamlessly blend storytelling with scale. As audiences demand authenticity alongside convenience, industry leaders will share perspectives on building media ecosystems that deliver commercial impact while retaining cultural resonance, setting the agenda for sustainable growth in the years ahead.

The theme of the report this year, 'Next 10: Forces Shaping the Next Decade of Indian Media’ serves as both a lens and a roadmap, offering insights to understand the shifts ahead and empowering industry leaders to navigate, adapt, and lead in a rapidly evolving media ecosystem.
