HUL ad spends up 0.69% YoY in Q1 2019
HUL’s advertising spends in this quarter increased by 4.88% from Rs 1,107 crore in the quarter ending March 31
Hindustan Unilever (HUL)’s advertising and promotional spend in the quarter ended June 30 has gone up by 0.69 per cent to Rs 1,161 crore, while it was Rs 1,153 crore in the same quarter last year, media reports have said.
HUL’s advertising spends in this quarter have increased by 4.88 per cent from Rs 1,107 crore in the quarter ending March 31.
The earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) was reported as Rs 2,647 crore, up 18%, while the Profit After Tax was calculated at Rs 1,751 crore up 12%.
