Havas Media wins Emirates’ global media brief after multi-holding company review
Global reports peg $190.5 million mandate shifting from IPG Mediabrands

Havas Media has been selected to manage Emirates’ global media planning and buying following a competitive review that, according to global reports. Annual billings are understood to be around $190.5 million, with the business moving from IPG Mediabrands, which had overseen the account via UM’s London office.
It reportedly came down to three in the pitch, IPG Mediabrands, WPP’s media arm, and Havas Media.
The appointment also reunites the airline with Havas, the agency previously handled the mandate from 2013 to 2020, before it shifted to IPG Mediabrands.
