Kreate Advertising swells kitty with new wins worth Rs 10 cr

Kreate Advertising Pvt Ltd has bagged the creative duties for some national and international brands this quarter. From FMCG to retail category, the agency has picked up a variety of deals and consolidated size for all these 360 degree advertising accounts is estimated at around Rs 10 crore.

Zebra Co Ltd, Japan, a global manufacturer in writing instruments, launched in Mumbai in January 2011 and chose Kreate Advertising to handle its creative duties. The agency has handled the complete creative positioning and brand communication for the company, right from the teaser to the launch.

The agency has also initiated work for DOMS Pencil, a pencil and stationery manufacturer; Zicom Electronics Security Systems Ltd, a manufacturer of electronic security products in India; Mitashi Gaming; Adams Clothing Pvt Ltd, and apparel brand for the youth; and M’cons Agro Dairy India Pvt Ltd, a diary company that is launching its branded cow’s milk in Mumbai in February 2011.

Speaking on the new wins, Dhaval Mehta, CMD, Kreate Advertising, told exchange4media, “All accounts have been activated, right from branding to BTL and ATL. We have acquired and been working on these accounts for the past three to four months.”

Speaking further on the agency’s strategy, he said, “We believe in an all-round approach towards a brand, which means we initiate and get involved in the brand right from the ground zero level. This means not being content with just the brief given by the client, but to question the positioning and brainstorm on the entire process of the final destination of the brand. Thus, we provide a complete futuristic vision to the client, leveraging the product potential to the fullest.”

For Zicom Electronic Security System, the agency is re-strategising its positioning right from the grassroot level, while it has created a TV campaign for DOMS Pencils to influence the buying behaviour of children by positioning the brand as a pencil for the 21st Century.

Sharing the versatility of the work and other assignments, Mehta said, “For Mitashi Gaming, the challenge is on BTL and packaging as we are changing the complete look and feel of all the sub-brands. Adams Clothing brand has made us attempt to go very bold to communicate teenage clothing for young men. For new entrant in the dairy market, M’cons Dairy, we have attempted to change the perception of milk and milk product brands in the dairy markets, while for Zebra Japan (the clothing brand), we have tried to open the Indian market for corporate women, who are more style conscious and for aggressive, workaholic men.”

The scope of work and creatives vary from above the line, including print and television, to below the line advertising.
