Lavanya S has joined Optum India as Director, Communications, taking on a leadership mandate spanning strategic communications, employee engagement and executive storytelling.

With over 15 years of experience in communications, Lavanya has worked across Fortune 50 companies, mission-driven organisations and academic institutions, with a focus on shaping narratives, elevating executive voice and connecting employees with business strategy.

At Optum India, she will lead communications and partner across technology, operations and enterprise functions to build integrated communication strategies that connect employees and stakeholders with the organisation’s mission, purpose and priorities.

Before joining Optum India, she was Associate Director – Strategic Communications, Employee Engagement & Experience at Verizon.
