Monica Dubey has stepped into a new leadership role at Bajaj General Insurance, taking over as Vice President – Head, Corporate Communications, according to a recent update shared on LinkedIn.
Dubey brings more than 20 years of experience in brand and marketing management, much of it spent within Bajaj General Insurance. Over the years, she has played a key role in shaping the company’s brand strategy, with responsibilities spanning channel marketing, long-term brand planning, and tracking brand performance.
Her expertise also extends to event management, corporate communications and market research.
Prior to this elevation, Dubey served as Head of Brand at Bajaj General Insurance.
