Umesh Bansal, who recently moved on from Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL), has joined B4U/IVY as MD and CEO.

At Zee, Bansal was entrusted with additional charge of Zee’s music business, alongside his role as Chief Business Officer for the movies division. The move, announced in July 2024, was part of the company’s broader strategy to drive synergies between its content verticals and unlock greater monetisation opportunities.
