Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) recently announced changes in its senior management, effective 31 March 2026, via regulatory filing.
Vikas Somani, who served as Head – Strategy, M&A, and Investor Relations, has resigned to pursue opportunities outside the organisation. Somani had been with the company for over 11 years.
The filing also states that Sujal Parekh, Business Head of Zee Music, has been elevated as a Senior Management Personnel.
Parekh brings two decades of media and entertainment experience, including leadership roles at Warner Music (India & SAARC), and has led major acquisitions such as Divo TV and SkillBox.
