Yogesh Mulgaonkar is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for the Beauty & Wellbeing business and Head of Investor Relations at Hindustan Unilever (HUL), based in Mumbai.
Mulgaonkar brings 21 years of experience across finance and general management in the consumer business, with expertise spanning business and finance strategy, investor relations, M&A, post-merger integration, P&L management, commercial finance and cost management.
Before taking up his current India role, Mulgaonkar was Chief of Staff and Strategy Director to Unilever’s Global CFO in London. He subsequently moved to Dubai, where he served as CFO for Personal Care – Middle East & Turkey and Unilever Arabia.
He later returned to India as CFO of Personal Care and Supply Chain, while also taking charge of Investor Relations. During his international stint, he also served on the board of the Unilever and Binzagr joint venture in Saudi Arabia.
