Venkat Venkataraman has been appointed as VP of Product - AI Platform and Strategy at Freshworks. He shared the news of his new role through a LinkedIn post.

Describing the growth of the company, Venkataraman said, “From a small warehouse in Chennai to a global SaaS force, this company has always been built with purpose and heart. Their philosophy - Software should be simple, affordable, and accessible.” deeply resonates with me, and it’s how AI should be built too."
In his post, he added, "We’re at a turning point where AI can move from assistive to truly intelligent and autonomous.
