Kedar Shiroor has been appointed as Senior Vice President of Design & Research at Freshworks. He took to LinkedIn and announced his new role at the company.
“I am thrilled to join Freshworks as their Senior Vice President of Design & Research! Freshworks’ journey is nothing short of inspiring. Founded in 2010 by Girish Mathrubootham and Shan Krishnasamy, the company began as a response to a simple need: creating user-friendly and affordable customer support software. What started in a small rented room in Chennai has grown into a global powerhouse with over 68,000 customers and a mission to simplify customer and employee experiences”, his LinkedIn post read.
