Both executives are rumored to be considering new roles at 'BIG FM,' although this has not been officially confirmed.
Devlina Sanyal Majumdar joined TV9 Network in February 2022 and also served as Director of Business Affairs at Studio9, with prior experience at notable organizations such as TV Today Network and Viacom18.
Kshipra Patil, who also joined in February 2022, was responsible for HR strategies and talent management at TV9 Network and has over 18 years of experience in the media and entertainment sector.

Devlina Sanyal Majumdar joined TV9 Network in February 2022. In addition to her role as CHRO, she also held the role of Director of Business Affairs at Studio9, the network's production house. An experienced HR management professional in the media and corporate worlds, Devlina has previously held key roles at several prestigious organizations, including TV Today Network, Viacom18, and Zoom Entertainment.

Kshipra Patil joined TV9 Network in February 2022 and was leading the organization's HR strategies and talent management initiatives. With over 18 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, Kshipra has previously held various positions at LEAN People Consulting Services, Culture Machine Media, TV Today Network, and Viacom18.
