Kshipra Patil has resigned from her position as Vice President of HR at TV9 Network, where she had been since February 2022.
With over 18 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, she previously worked as Director at LEAN People Consulting Services and held HR roles at Culture Machine Media, TV Today Network, and Viacom18.

Kshipra Patil previously held the position of HR Lead at Culture Machine Media. There, she led several key projects related to HR business partnering, talent development, employee engagement, performance evaluation, and HR data analytics. During her tenure, the company also implemented a 'First Day of Period' (FOP) leave policy for women, which received widespread attention.

She also held various HR roles, including Senior Manager - Human Resources at TV Today Network and Viacom18. In these roles, she led key functions related to HR business partnering, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
