Titan elevates Arun Narayan to CEO - Jewellery, Kuruvilla Markose to head watches division

Arun Narayan will step into the role of CEO – Jewellery Division starting January 1, 2026 while Kuruvilla Markose will take charge from August 13, 2025

Titan Company, a Tata Group enterprise, is undergoing significant leadership changes as it gears up for the next phase of growth in its jewellery and watches segments.

Arun Narayan, currently leading the Company’s Tanishq India business responsible for Retail, Marketing and Merchandising, will succeed Mr. Ajoy Chawla as the CEO of the Jewellery Division with effect from January 1, 2026.

Narayan brings nearly 30 years of experience within the Tata ecosystem. At Titan, he has held several leadership positions, including Regional Business Head (West), Business Head for Helios, and National Sales and Retail Head for Titan watches. Since April 2020, he has been leading the Tanishq India business.

Kuruvilla Markose, currently the CEO of the Company’s International Business Division, will succeed Suparna Mitra as the CEO of the Watches Division with effect from August 13, 2025

Markose's three-decade-long career spans FMCG, telecom, BPO, consulting, digital and retail sectors within the Tata Group. Since joining Titan in 2015 as Chief Digital Officer, he has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s international growth across watches, jewellery and eyewear.
